Job Description

A. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES​

  • Collaborate with the Admissions team in participating in enrollment events and seminars to provide consultation, share information, and assist parents and students with the enrollment process..
  • Carry out telesales activities to provide consultation to parents via phone and invite them, along with students, to attend enrollment seminars and events.

  • Collaborate with the Admissions team in organizing and participating in enrollment activities both on and off campus, including at shopping malls, recreational areas, schools, and nearby residential communities.

  • Support the Admissions staff in gathering information and advising parents on suitable learning environments and academic programs, both in person and over the phone.

  • Provide consultation on digital channels such as the fanpage and Zalo OA, in accordance with guidelines, including during working hours, after hours, and on both weekdays and weekends (based on assigned shifts).

  • Support in admission team to inform, instruct for students do the placement test.

  • Support admission in filling all kind of admission forms, collect and arrange them in order

  • Report in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly about the admission number of Lead, telesale results.

  • Take part in full training section from admission department as well as school.

  • Handle complaints from parents as the complaint management procedure to ensure all complaints are responded and completely solved in a professional & dedicated manner, as well as to reduce the complaints and risks, which could satisfy and increase the school trust to parents and students.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS​

  • Final year students or Fresh Graduate in University/ College with major in Business management/ English or relevant.;
  • Experience in customer education;​
  • Communication, presentation and good persuade skills;​
  • Communicative English;​
  • Office computer skills;​
  • Good looking, good voice;​
