A. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Teacher Support and Academic Implementation
- Plan and deliver induction and orientation programs for new teachers regarding instructional resources, classroom equipment, and team norms.
- Coordinate teaching schedules and arrange class coverage/substitution when necessary.
- Assist in the implementation of curriculum framework, pacing guides, instructional approaches, and assessment methods to ensure student achievement.
- Regularly communicate policy and regulation updates to teachers in a timely manner.
2. Academic Operations and Quality Assurance
- Support the development and coordination of the annual academic plan, including teaching and learning activities, examinations, ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities), and academic events.
- Assist with the Academic Quality Framework: plan classroom observations, organize professional development workshops, collect feedback on curriculum delivery.
- Compile student performance data and teaching team productivity reports; support data analysis and propose actionable strategies for academic improvement.
- Manage and optimize learning and teaching resources across subjects and grade levels.
3. Inter-department and External Liaison
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including publishers, resource suppliers, and professional trainers.
- Assist in recruitment processes for new international program teachers.
- Coordinate and support placement testing and entrance evaluations for prospective students.
- Liaise with other internal departments (Admissions, Student Services, Events, etc.) for integrated school-wide activities.
- Translate internal and external documents including announcements, policies, and curriculum materials as required.
4. Administration and School Policy
- Apply ethical standards associated with handling sensitive and confidential student information.
- Attend team/department/school meetings to get updates on codes, regulations, policy.
- Comply with departmental and school regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Participate in organizing school-wide events and activities.
- Other reasonable task assigned by the School Principal/ Direct Supervisor.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualifications/Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Educational Management, or related fields.
- IELTS 7.0 or above
2. Experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience in academic administration or teaching in an international or bilingual school setting.
- Familiarity with international curricula is highly desirable.
- Understanding of school operations, academic planning, and quality assurance frameworks.
3. Specific knowledge/Skill
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or teachnology.
- High sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity.
