Job Description
A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Whole school Communication Plan
- Closely work with relevant departments to build whole school communication plan from the beginning of a school year & ensure all the in are delivered on time and effectively;
- Ensure the quality of content and style of all announcement sent in compliance with UTS policy.
2. Staff & Teacher Communication
- Closely work with HR department to plan and execute staff communication plan or campaign in order to build a community around our goal of the school morale improvement;
- Create and distribute weekly newsletter;
- Serve as a spokesperson between board of management and staff; accountable for all official announcements coming from the school and managers.
3. Parent Communication
- Be in charge of creating and updating, closely work with designer to build internal publications, media materials;
- Directly work with the UTS Parent – Teacher Orrganization (PTO) to ensure all the parents aware and engage with school’s activties and policy;
- Ensure all the announcements sent to parents contain qualified content, on time and comply with UTS’s policy;
- Closely work with senior management to handle all the communication crisis (to be) among UTS community.
4. Student Communication
- Directly work with the school administration and homeroom teacher to ensure all the school’s key actitvies and message reach all students of all levels;
- Ensure all the announcements sent to stundents contain qualified content, on time and comply with UTS’s policy.
5. Event organization
- Give ideas, make plans and organize internal events in order to connect employees;
- Support the organization of school‘s general events: Opening ceremony, closing ceremony, summer program,etc,
- Support other activities regarding employer branding
6. General missions of management and administration
- Consult and offer professional solutions under functional units;
- Organize, manage and archive department‘s document, information & data;
- Prepare reports relating to department functions & and duties;
- Support other departments in fulfilling school-wide tasks when required;
- Other tasks diretly assigned by the Board of Directors.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
- University Degree with Public Relation/Communication/Marketing or related fields is an advantage.
2. Experience (type of)
- Well-experienced with Marketing or Communication background at least from 01 year and above;
- Used to work in Education industry is a plus.
3. Specific knowledge/ skill
- Love working with students;
- Strong writing and communication skill;
- Strong business mindset, analytical power, good communication and presentation skill;
- Have good sense of beauty;
- Good English at 04 skills;
- Energized, open-minded and extremely proactive;
- Practical creativity and result-oriented;
- Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects;
- Responsible and honest at work;
- Careful and detailed with both words, numbers and visual;
