Job Description
US Vietnam Talent International School (UTS) is seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer to join our HR team. This role will primarily provide administrative support to the Learning & Development (L&D) function and assist with internal communications and HR events. The ideal candidate should be organized, creative, and eager to learn about HR operations in an educational environment.
A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Learning & Development
- Coordinate and manage the execution of learning and development programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and align with organizational goals.
- Oversee logistics, scheduling, and resources for training sessions.
- Assist in preparing training materials for various learning programs, including presentations, documents, and e-learning content.
- Create quizzes, interactive games, and other engaging content for online training sessions.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives for continuous improvement.
2. Internal Communication (Staff Weekly Bulletin)
- Manage the distribution of the Staff Weekly Bulletin, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collect updates from departments and help write engaging content.
- Set up and send the bulletin via CRM system.
3. HR Events and other Ad Hoc Support:
- Assist in organizing HR events such as staff engagement activities, workshops, and school-wide initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support for HR operations as needed.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in L&D and Education would be a plus
- Results-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of design tools to create engaging and visually appealing content.
