Job Description

US Vietnam Talent International School is seeking a responsible and proactive Intern to support administrative operations and student activities within the Primary School Division. This position offers hands-on experience in school administration, event coordination, and educational support, providing an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are interested in long-term development in an international education environment.

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support office and administrative tasks for the Primart School Division
    • Drafting proposals, compiling payment documents, tracking vouchers.
    • Checking quotations, assisting with orders, and working with relevant departments
  • Support student evens and activities
    • Preparing materials, logistics, and coordinating logistics for internal programs, workshops, and events.
    • Coordinating with teachers and departments to ensure activities run according to plan
  • Assit with general activities for the entire school level as assigned
  • During the internship, you will observe and familiarise yourself with the classroom environment to guide your long-term career development, without being assigned to official teaching positions.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Students or graduates in Education/ Educational Psychology
  • Potential for long-term development in the educational environment, with a commitment to the school
  • Dynamic, proactive, responsible, and good organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate in English in a school environment
  • Strong teamwork and support skills, ability to handle administrative tasks
