Job Description
US Vietnam Talent International School is looking for appropriate candidates for Intern, Procurement. As the Intern, Procurement, the position holder is responsible for the management of the daily procurement activities in the School from the request to the delivery of goods, works and services in a continuous improvement manner.
A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing effective administrative and logistic support to the Procurement team;
- Managing teaching aids and following up the suppliers;
- Collecting and managing data on system;
- Brainstorm initiatives, provide support and enhancements to existing school facility;
- Cross-function support (i.e. School events);
- Other tasks following the guidance of line manager/supervisors.
B. JOB REQUIREMENT
- Final year students or Fresh Graduate in University/ College with major in Economics, Business Administration, English, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant.
- Good integrity & trustworthinesss (priority);
- Have ability to work full-time;
- Good at analytical & organizational skills;
- Detail-oriented;
- Ability to multitasking;
- Strong initiatives, high team-work spirit;
- Good at communication skill and can work under pressure;
- Good command of English in 4 skills.
