Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to assist with administrative tasks, supporting internal and external communications, event coordination, and data management. This role is ideal for final year students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in an educational or corporate environment.
A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in drafting and managing communications with parents, teachers, and staff via email, Teams, and ManageBac.
- Support event coordination, including logistics, venue booking, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update house allocation lists for students and staff.
- Track and monitor task progress, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Assist with budget requests, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Keep accurate records of events, house points, and student participation.
- Take meeting minutes and track action items for follow-ups.
B. REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Interested in coordinating events.
