Job Description
US Vietnam Talent International School is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to assist with administrative tasks, supporting internal and external communications, event coordination, and data management. This role is ideal for final year students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in an educational or corporate environment.
A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Internal Communications
- Support the creation and distribution of content for the Weekly Bulletin and School TV system
- Assist with design, image and short video preparation for internal communications
- Help organize and manage content across internal communication platforms
2. School Event & Student Activities Support
- Support the organization of whole-school events
- Assist with event logistics, preparation, setup, and on-site coordination
3. Training Logistics & Resource Facilitation
- Support the organization of professional development sessions and workshops for teachers and staff
- Assist in managing learning resources and spaces within the UTS Learning Studio / Teaching & Learning Center
- Help update and organize training materials and shared resources
4. Impact Fund Coordination:
- Act as a contact point for staff and students regarding Impact Fund procedures and requirements.
- Support periodic reporting for Impact Fund activities
- Collect and consolidate updates from relevant stakeholders.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Good command of English
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Interested in coordinating events.
