Job Description

US Vietnam Talent International School is seeking the Kindergarten Academic Coordinator for our Thao Dien campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inspiring lessons and promoting a student-centered environment that nurtures UTS‘s 6 Core Values: Integrity, Respect, Courage, Contribution, Lifelong Learning, and Creativity.

A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ACADEMIC MANAGEMENTDEVELOPMENT

  • Design and implement teaching programs.
  • Lead teachers in designing high-quality ESL activities to ensure student success.
  • Conduct regular academic supervision – evaluate and improve English programs.
  • Manage teacher schedules, workloads, and classroom performance.
  • Provide professional development training and coaching to teachers.
  • Act as interpreter and mediator in parent meetings, consultations, and conferences

SCHOOL OPERATIONS, EVENTS AND MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Coordinate and support student events, field trips, and open days
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide content and academic highlights.
  • Participate in school expansion projects and other internal initiatives.
  • Maintain all internal and external communication related to academics (especially with parents).
  • Build a strong and supportive community between school and parents
  • Liaise with government education departments for documentation and inspection visits.
  • Organize student field trips and events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager

 

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Education, English Language Teaching, Educational Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in education, including 1–2 years in a coordinating, managing, or leadership role.
  • Proficient in office computer skills.
  • Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.00), able to communicate confidently with foreign teachers and parents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to build relationships with teachers, parents, and students.
  • Ability to lead a team of teachers and resolve academic or operational issues efficiently.
  • Experience in organizing teacher training and academic workshops.
  • Quick adaptability and flexibility.
