US Vietnam Talent International School - IMA Montessori Academy is seeking the Assistant Manager, Kindergarten Operations for our Thao Dien campus.

A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operational Management
- Supervise and ensure smooth daily operations across all functional areas: school services (bus, kitchen), facilities, safety, logistics, staffing, and resources.
- Manage procurement, maintenance, and vendor coordination to support a safe and effective learning environment.
- Lead the planning and execution of school events, trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Plan and manage related budget effectively
2. Customer Care - Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a key liaison between the school and parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback regarding academic and operational information.
- Support in receiving feedback and coordinating the resolution of issues related to students and classrooms to build strong parent-school partnerships.
- Support performance evaluations, receive feedback, and coordinate between departments.
- Send announcements, guidelines, and newsletters from the academic and operations teams to parents.
3. Academic Support
- Work closely with the academic management and teachers to support curriculum implementation.
- Support the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new teachers.
- Monitor class schedules, teacher deployment and recruitment, and substitute teacher arrangements.
- Help ensure compliance with academic standards and school teaching guidelines.
- Assist in organizing professional development workshops and training for teachers
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and educational regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation (student profile, school documents..) for PTC, audits, inspections, and school accreditation.
- Implement and monitor internal policies and procedures.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Campus Manager/Principal.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education Management, Business, or related fields.
- Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing); IELTS/TOEIC certificate or experience in international environments is a plus.
- 2-3 years of administrative or school office experience (preferably in an international school).
- Strong organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, work under pressure, flexible and multi tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with school management software.
