US Vietnam Talent International School is seeking the University/College Counselor (Vietnamese) for our Van Lang Complex campus (Go Vap – Binh Thanh) to join our International Program community, Starting August 2025, for school year 2025-2026 onwards. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inspiring lessons and promoting a student-centered environment that nurtures UTS‘s 6 Core Values: Integrity, Respect, Courage, Contribution, Lifelong Learning, and Creativity.

A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive university counselling program from Grade 8 to Grade 12.
- Provide individual and group counselling for academic and career orientation.
- Support students with subject selection and academic planning.
- Guide students and families through university application, scholarship, and financial aid processes.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and university visits (on-site and off-site).
- Research trends in higher education and careers globally.
- Maintain updated university and scholarship information on school website.
- Build partnerships with universities and career organizations.
- Help design student self-study plans and guidelines.
- Coordinate with teachers and student affairs to monitor study time effectiveness.
- Manage data input, assessment tracking and analysis.
- Present assessment insights to improve student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership and exam teams for timely student reports.
4. ADMINISTRATION AND SCHOOL POLICY
- Attend team/department/school meetings to get updates on codes, regulations, policy.
- Represent school at educational fairs, conferences, and marketing events.
- Comply with departmental and school regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Participate in organizing school-wide events and activities.
- Other reasonable task assigned by the Academic Management/ Direct Supervisor
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
- Bachelor‘s degree or higher in relevant fields.
- Prefer candidates with overseas study experience or international education background.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in university or career counselling.
- Familiar with Vietnamese universities, international partnership programs, and foreign universities.
