A. YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Admissions (30%)
- Conduct and consolidate competitive market research (tuition fees, academic programs, and admissions incentive policies of competitor schools).
- Analyze and evaluate the collected information to propose improvements or adjustments, if necessary, to tuition structures, fee policies, and admissions incentives.
- Coordinate with the General Manager, Growth Management & SGS Campus Operations to develop weekly, monthly, annual, and stage-based admissions plans and strategies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop admissions information packages (financial policies, application forms, required student documents, service information, admissions videos, brochures, leaflets, etc.).
- Develop partnerships with internal and external organizations to enhance admissions effectiveness.
- Participate in on-campus and off-campus events to provide consultations to parents and students.
- Together with Admissions Staff, provide direct, phone-based, and online consultations to new prospective parents across various platforms.
- Research parents’ needs and students’psychology, and collect related information to support effective admissions activities.
- Support Admissions Staff in finding optimal solutions to finalize enrollment for potential parents.
- Supervise the student entry-assessment process, result of notification, and admissions documentation in accordance with the established procedures.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and lead lifecycle tracking across all stages of the admissions funnel.
2. Parent & Student Care (5%)
- Address parent inquiries related to approved school information, policies, meal services, transportation, uniforms, and other services.
- Record and transfer issues to responsible departments for follow-up.
- Guide admissions staff in responding to parents in alignment with school directions.
- Remove student pick-up/drop-off (as requested).
3. Budget Planning & Management (5%)
- Assist in developing admissions budgets aligned with event plans and departmental activities.
- Propose budgets for admissions events, fee refunds, and internal expenses; maintain records and approvals.
- Track and evaluate budget usage to ensure cost-effectiveness.
4. Admissions Reporting (10%)
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on admissions pipelines: leads, assessments, and enrollments.
- Consolidate reports on target achievement for each admissions phase.
- Forecast pipeline performance and highlight risks & required interventions.

6. Conversation & Quality Assurance (25%)
- Monitor conversion performance at every stage of the admissions funnel (lead → assessment → offer → deposit → enrollment).
- Implement improvement actions to achieve conversion targets.
- Conduct regular quality checks on consultations, follow-up calls, and written communication.
- Ensure consultation scripts and messaging align with UTS brand positioning and standards.
- Responsible for achieving admissions KPIs, including leads, conversions, assessments, offers, deposits, and final enrollments.
- Ensure admissions decisions comply with child safeguarding and student welfare guidelines.
7. Administration & School Policy (5%)
- Attend team/department/school meetings to get updates on codes, regulations, policy.
- Comply with school handbooks as well as policy and guidance documents.
- Other reasonable task assigned by the Line Manager.
B. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related fields.
2. Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in admissions or customer-facing roles in education; at least 1–2 years in a team-lead or managerial role.
- Preference for candidates with experience in bilingual/international schools or high-standard service environments.
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales/admissions processes is strongly preferred.
3. Specific knowledge/ skill
- Strong understanding of admissions processes in the education sector.
- Basic knowledge of marketing.
- Strong planning and workload management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and interpret reports.
- Proven ability in team leadership, coaching, and development.
- Competent in budgeting and financial planning.
- Proficiency in office applications.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Professional appearance and clear, pleasant voice.
