Job Description
- Provide entry-level professional support services as appropriate to the daily administrative tasks; (photocopying, data entry, typing);
- Assist teachers, staff, and students in day-to-day operations;
- Assists in the planning and implementation of assigned projects/sub groups of the International Program;
- Arrange placement testing and annual tests for students;
- May undertake academic research related to programs conducted at UTS;
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;
- Translate documents and update databases (assessing by standard alignment);
- Support Procurement of office materials and administrative logistics.
- Fluent in English (preferable IELTS 7.0);
- Able to work independently and in a team;
- Project management skill;
- Good analysis & PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
